What does this role cover?
Incline Gaming Marketing is looking for a Motion Designer to help elevate our mobile advertising efforts to the next level. We are looking to expand our creative studio with a passionate motion designer with well rounded digital skills.
Working with Adobe After Effects should be second nature, with the ability to work efficiently being essential. We work with global clients, across multiple jurisdictions, so being able to quickly adapt and modify outputs to meet specific client’s needs is crucial. A strong understanding of NLEs such as Premier Pro; and of industry standard video formats will be beneficial.
The candidate will have the opportunity to work with innovative industry leaders to revolutionise creative within the iGaming space. The selected candidate will work at the intersection of mobile advertising, creative marketing, and data analytics to help develop thumb-stopping creative which will be served on platforms including Google, Facebook, Apple, and more.
Reporting to the Creative Director, the ideal candidate should be able to present engaging design solutions and be an effective communicator within the creative and wider Incline team. In this role, you will be mentored and encouraged to learn and hone new design skills and should have a willingness to keep up with latest design trends.
Required Skills and characteristics
- 1-2+ years experience as a motion designer
- Create animated and static advertising materials including, but not limited to, social, display, and website banners, landing pages, and email templates
- Communicate creative specifications to internal stakeholders
- Research the mobile app market and identify winning creative concepts that can attract mobile app users in an advertising form
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Adept at thinking at a conceptual level, presenting rationale for design choices
- Aptitude in taking direction and executing changes when necessary
- Ability to multitask and be flexible to shift between projects and clients as new priorities emerge
- Strong work ethic: we do not believe in micro-management, we believe in sense of ownership and professionalism
- Attention to detail is a must, with exacting standards for accuracy and consistency
Bonus skills and nice to haves
- iGaming experience
- 3D animation skills
- An interest in iGaming/Sportsbook
